Qualifications and requirements:

  • 3 years of aircraft parts inspection experience is preferred.
  • Experience with return to service documents
  • 14 CFR Part 21, 14 CFR 145, and AS-9100 Inspection experience
  • Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation
  • Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters;
  • Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks
  • Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out an evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary
  • Writing technical and management system reports
  • Liaising with customers and auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customer’s specifications

Place, monitor, and maintain Purchase Orders that meet annual delivery, quality, and cost expectations. Work directly with Supply Chain commodity managers to support supplier transition activities as required. A understanding of the fundamentals of SAP preferred. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

 

  • 3+ years experience in supply chain/procurement.
  • Tactical procurement experience preferred
  • Experience working with multi-level Bills of Material 
  • Previous experience of all tasks involved in purchase order creation and vendor relations preferred.
  • Must be able to work in and fully support a team environment.
  • Office application knowledge such as MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
