Come Visit Us At The MRO Americas Booth 1223

Oak Brook, IL — LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions (“LAUNCH”) is excited to be exhibiting at the MRO Americas, April 9-11, 2019 (booth # 1223). Principals from the company will be on hand to spend time with our valued clients and partners in the MRO sector to exchange ideas about best practices, the challenge of maintaining a robust workforce and the future of the aviation industry.

Following a year marked by substantial growth – both in increased headcount and expanded offerings – LAUNCH remains committed to leading the way in providing innovative, customer-driven and flexible solutions and building strategic, long-term partnerships. Last fall, LAUNCH opened its first satellite office in Renton, WA, and the company continues to expand its presence in local markets. “We have always believed in acting as an extension of our clients’ business – providing not just a good fit for the job, but the right fit,” said LAUNCH CEO Mike Guagenti.

“At LAUNCH, we pledge to stay at the forefront of providing critical aviation resources, and believe that being an industry leader means you need to evolve and grow along with the industry,” Guagenti added. That’s why the company also introduced the expansion of its Professional division’s engineering services to include a highly skilled, dedicated team of engineers. LAUNCH Engineering provides expert on-site and remote support solutions to Airlines, Leasing Operators, Manufacturers, MROs, VIP Completions, Conversions and STC Providers.

The company also is preparing to introduce its Center of Excellence, designed to address the shortage of available talent in the marketplace. The Center will target candidates interested in entering the commercial aviation industry—with a special focus on LAUNCH’s Working Heroes Program, which helps experienced veterans and transitioning service members find rewarding employment opportunities. LAUNCH operates as a 14CFR145 FAA repair station and its culture already includes a broad continuous learning component. “It makes sense to invest in the development of technicians in order to grow and enrich the aviation industry overall,” said Roy Carwile, President, LAUNCH Teams. “LAUNCH feels compelled to help the aspiring and current workforce and deliver the highest level of service to our clients.”
