Job Duties and Reposonsibilties:

  • Order prints, materials and supplies used in maintenance and repair or motor vehicles and equipment.
  • Porcesses invoices for payment. Verifies receipt of invoices parts, materials and supplies.
  • Maintains and tracks inventory records on computer.
  • Unloads, stores, transports, delivers and distributes parts, materials and supplies.
  • Deals with vendors/sales representatives. Follows up onitems not reevied, checks on item price and availability. 
  • Cleans parts storage and work area.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Administrative skills including but not limited to knowledge of computers: Excel / Word / Email.
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Ability to perform basic math functions.
  • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Ability to operate equipment, machinery, and tools (motor vehicle, forklift).
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Pay: $19 – $27 per hour, depending on experience

 

Shift:
Shift A alternating Mon. – Thurs. for 2 weeks and then switch to Wed. – Sat. for 2 weeks.*

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on small fire truck engines, including, but not limited to welding.
  • May need to drive diesel equipment in/out of the shop or through facility parking lot.
  • Work in a safe manner, per company, local, state and federal policies and regulations.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, electrical, suspension, and airbrake repairs, and run diagnostics on the fleet.
  • Ability to speak, write and comprehend the English language in accordance with all safety-related regulations and product specifications to avoid product contaminations in addition to processing paperwork for invoicing, billing, etc.
  • Remove and replace steering & chassis components.
  • Other duties as required to support operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • The equivalent of High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year’s diesel mechanic experience in commercial or fleet maintenance and repair shop.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
  • Have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, spending time bending, climbing and stooping.
  • Must have own set of tools.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.
  • Must have own steel toe boots.
  • CDL preferred or ability to obtain.

Pay: $22.55 – $26.05 an hour, depending on experience

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for repairs and required preventive maintenance of diesel engines, trucks and/or forklifts
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose and perform maintenance on equipment
  • Perform safety inspections of equipment and prepare safety documents required by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), company and any other Federal State or Local regulations
  • Interpret work orders and technical manual
  • Repair or replace defective parts, components or systems
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance and ensure the work meets the manufacturer’s specifications and legislated regulations
  • Regular attendance s required
  • Perform additional tasks to support operations.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1-year of experience or completion of trade school
  • Must be able to use hand tools and test equipment
  • Must have own set of tools
  • Must have steel toe boots
  • Knowledgeable of heavy truck repairs in a commercial environment, including diesel engine system diagnostics
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have a valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus although not required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspect facilities and grounds for problems, issues, opportunities, and report findings to lead/supervisor/manager.
  • Assist in construction of shipping crates, aircraft shoring packages, etc., utilizing woodworking equipment
  • Follow manufacturer’s recommendations to routinely inspect and test tools and equipment ensuring proper working condition
  • Perform routine maintenance and/or simple repairs. Document all problems and report findings to lead/supervisor
  • Perform and document routine facilities inspections, including eyewash stations, fire sprinkler system, fire extinguishers, hazardous waste room, etc.
  • Assist in diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
  • Provide basic preventative maintenance services to include lubing, changing oil, rewiring, etc., following proper lock out tag out procedures
  • Identify and replace faulty electrical components (lights, sockets, cords, etc.), as directed
  • Proactively support Site Services teams as required by team leadership
  • Hang pictures, whiteboards and shelves as needed
  • Install / relocate office and system furniture as required
  • Repair, paint and refinish walls

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, code requirements, blueprints, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to complete paperwork and properly document work performed.
  • Basic computer skills with working knowledge of software programs such as Outlook, Word, etc.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Must possess basic electrical and mechanical skills along with the ability to use the tools to complete the task.
  • Must be able to understand and follow safety procedures, wear proper PPE, lock out/tag out equipment safely, work off ladders, obtain hot work permit, enter confined spaces, etc.
  • Must be able to understand fire protection system.

Support maintenance in activities of data entry, research, audit records and paperwork control.

 

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Data entry input of routine maintenance paperwork packages for aircraft.
  • Generates MWO/NRC’s required by input of routine packages.
  • On completion of routine package input, verify all entries using computer and handwrite forms and make any corrections.

  • Set-up, maintain and up-date aircraft books and related files.
  • Responsible for typing, logging and faxing/mailing MRR/SDR report forms to customer reliability after receiving information for Quality Control on assigned aircraft when required by procedures.
  • Ensure ATS repair station records are accurately archived and maintained in the electronic record keeping system.
  • Responsible for uploading aircraft documents/records to customer computer system as customer requirements deem necessary.
  • Research aircraft repair parts using aircraft effectivities within engineering orders, service bulletins, drawings, illustrated parts catalog, and technical data.
  • Assist maintenance personnel in locating references for repairs and fabrication.
  • Works with Production Support personnel to coordinate workscope changes during checks and modifications.
  • Update customer computer systems with appropriate information as required by each customer.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
