Responsible for processing warranty claims based on the manufacturer's/supplier's criteria. Responsible for overseeing daily activities of the warranty claims and processing.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: •	Administer and process all warranty claims, supervises Warranty Administrator.•	Complete documents required to process the claims, forwards and follows up with supplier.•	Follows up on claims to obtain prompt payment, ensures accuracy of amounts claimed.•	Review aging schedules to insure TLG guidelines are met. Meet with managers when changes must be made to achieve desired goals•	Accurately completes pre-authorization and policy requests. Follows up on requests with supplier/manufacturer.•	Reconcile or resubmits denied claims in a timely manner•	Reviews claims that have exceeded manufacturer/supplier time limit or any other claims not processed in the standard manner•	Provides the Accounts Receivables department with all the appropriate documents. Process credits, payments, and all other warranty related paperwork.•	Reviews amounts claimed which are to be applied and or defrayed by the dealer.•	Ensures that defective parts are returned to the manufacturer/supplier.•	Responsible for staying up to date on all the manufacturer's recalls and bulletins.•	Performs all other duties assigned and complies with all TLG established policies.ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Will interact daily with the Service Manager and other service department personnel. Routinely interacts with Accounts Receivable staff to process warranty claims in a timely manner Will regularly communicate with the Parts department concerning recalls and other pertinent information regarding parts.
