Communications Program Coordinator
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an energetic a Communications Program Coordinator for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
Bachelor’s Degree- Business, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Graphics Design, or other related field. 4-5 years in an internal program development, communications lead, or change management role. Excellent storyteller, writer, and communicator. Flexible and adaptable to rapid change. Understand employee experience in process, technology, and program implementation. Ability to recommend and create content delivery methods.
Primary Function: Support content development for programs, projects, and ad-hoc requests across HR projects/ functions. Capture content requirements as a part of project activities to document organizational change impacts from subject matter experts and develop materials for employee HR information delivery. Draft employee- facing materials with consistent messaging, cohesive branding, and employee-focused delivery to share implementation impacts throughout the organization and impacted stakeholders. Draft content for talking points, employee-facing materials, and internal delivery related to the change management, technology implementation, and program/process changes or launches.c
