Production Coordinator – Admin
We are currently hiring for a Production Coordinator/Admin to join our team in Elk Grove Village, IL. Our company is an industry leader in manufacturing and developing steel engraved products. This role will be customer service based and must be comfortable working with the entire team. Hours for this role will be from 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday and start off paying $18p/hour depending on experience. Please see below for additional detail.
- Primary contact for all customer questions and concerns
- Order Entry
- Transfer all information into company software
- Quoting for customer jobs
- Scheduling orders
- Sales support
- Comfortable with attending and speaking at production meetings
- Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Excell,Worrd, AdobePDF and other similar programs.
- High school diploma required; college courses/grad preferred
- 3+ years customer service experience preferred
- Results oriented, outgoing, positive, team player
- High organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Detail oriented
- Ability to read, write and speak English; effectively communicate with team members in a timely and professional manner.
