We are open to fully remote candidates only if they are outside of feasible commuting miles (I think we have said 75 miles or more). For local candidates who are within radius to commute, this role has onsite training for the first few months and from there they do have the opportunity for work from home for a few days a week once they are trained up. Our trainer who works with them is sometimes onsite and also online, but the candidate will for sure be in our offices 5 days a week as they are getting trained those first few months.

We may start doing onsite interviews, as for this role part of the attraction is the comfortable office and working conditions, so we’d like to show that off more if possible to our candidates.
