LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Shot Peen Operator for an opportunity in Everett, WA.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements.
Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts.
Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing.
Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines.
Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput.
Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line.
Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
1 plus years of experience in chemical processing
Blueprint reading preferred.
Familiar with precision tools.
Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
