Plaster Prep and Finish – 1st shift
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Plaster Prep and Finish Technician for an 1st shift opportunity in Renton, Washington.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Plaster Prep or Finish production worker manufacture molds that will be used to form composite parts following Standard Work Instructions and production schedules.
- Perform light hand sanding, and removing excess plaster, label parts, and staging finished plasters.
- Maintain schedules and time allowance for production requirements; reporting any discrepancies or schedule concerns to the supervisor.
- Performs plaster rework as necessary.
Client Requirements:
- No experience necessary as long as they are aware of the physical working conditions.
- Experience with the use of basic hand and power tools.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing (or similar) environment preferred.
