Interns will be exposed to all facets of the business and learn the process of placing aviation talent nationwide.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. Zip Recruiter, Indeed, JSFirm, Career Builder)
• Craft and send recruiting emails
• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
• Post and advertise all open positions.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
• Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
• Promote our employer brand online and offline
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
• Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
• Assist in the collection of missing onboarding documents
• Complete a final presentation on skills and knowledge obtained during the internship
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time-management abilities, strong ability to build rapport for both internal staff and contractors
- Strong technical skills; proficiency in Microsoft® Word, Excel and PowerPoint

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS
This internship will require 24 hours a week Monday-Wednesday
