3+ yrs - $35 ST /52.50 OT (PD package = 15ST + 800/WK PD)
5+ yrs - $38 ST / 57 OT (PD package = 18ST + 800/WK PD)
10+ yrs - $41 ST /61.50 OT (PD package = 21ST + 800/WK PD)

* Wichita is a union shop, so shift allocation is based on seniority. Must be flexible
Mon - Fri
1st shift: 6:30AM - 3:00PM

3rd Shift (not likely): 11:30PM - 630AM
**MUST BE AVAILBLE TO TRAIN ON FIRST SHIFT FOR 2 WEEKS **

- You have a minimum of 3 years’ MRO experience
- corporate preferred but not required
- Minimum Airframe license- must be active (6+ months in last 2 years)
- TOOLS - inventoried, etched & shadowed (list/expectations in files)
- You have the ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
- You have the ability to effectively communicate in English both written and verbal for individual and / or aircraft status
- You must obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required
- You have the ability to work unscheduled overtime including nonscheduled work days and holidays
- You have the ability to work in seasonal/inclement weather outside
- You have basic PC skills
- You have the ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) (If applicable)

- Need full set of tools with you day 1 (in files); etched & shadowed
- SAFETY SHOES are required - as of Feb 14, 2025 Only 2 approved suppliers will be allowed: Cintas and SR Max with Cintas being main supplier.
- Contractors required to obtain their safety shoes prior to starting their employment. An audit on the proper shoe attire will be conducted similar to tools inventory during the orientation week.

- Participate in 5-S activities.
- Perform all work in a safe and timely manner
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect and perform maintenance on customer aircraft
- Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
- Operate ground support equipment as required
- Perform mechanical / electrical removals and installations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- May assist with maintenance at off-site locations
- May assist other maintenance disciplines
- May assist with fuel and/or de-fuel of aircraft
- May assist with engine removal / installation
- May assist with aircraft component repair
