Production Supervisor
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor for a short term project in Hermosillo, Mexico.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build the detailed schedule in accordance with general one’s in order to reach performance on daily basis
- Manage SQCDA Level 1 and participate to level 2
Will be working directly with the Latecoere shop floor management team to improve and show immediate results in terms of product tracking and priorities slowdown
- Comply with the company's safety and environmental policies.
- Ensure that its employees know and comply with the company's safety and environmental policies.
- Comply with safety and environmental regulations.
- Ensure that employees are aware of and comply with safety and environment regulations.
- Ensure that employees know and follow work instructions (safe operations).
- Participate in activities related to safety and environment (training, talks, awareness, events, etc.).
- Safeguarding the safety of yourself and your colleagues
- Report incidents, accidents or occupational illnesses to EHS/Supervisor.
- Contribute to meeting plant safety and environmental objectives.
- Suspend the operation when it may affect the integrity of the employee and/or plant.
- Report bad environmental practices to your superior or HR / EHS department.
- Suspend the operation when it is considered a bad environmental practice.
- Application of disciplinary measures for non-compliance with safety regulations and/or bad practices that may affect the environment.
- Must speak fluent Spanish
- Must have 5 years of previous experience as a supervisor in an aerospace electrical manufacturing role (building wire harnesses, wire bundles, etc.)
- Must have aerospace background
- Must have experience working with Excel and other Microsoft software
