Wiring Engineer
 
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Wiring Engineer for a short term project in Hermosillo, Mexico.
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of aerospace wiring systems; this includes gathering technical requirements, creating blueprints and schematics, and ensuring that all designs meet industry standards and regulations.
 
  • Design and develop wiring diagrams and schematics for aerospace systems
  • Analyze project requirements and convert them into technical drawings
  • Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations
  • Work closely with engineers and other professionals to ensure design accuracy
  • Perform calculations to determine wire sizing, grounding and other electrical considerations
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on electrical issues
  • Revise and update designs based on feedback and testing
  • Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams

Qualifications and requirements:
  • Bilingual / fluency in Spanish required
  • Ideal candidate has a strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring design principles, and the aerospace industry.
  • Proven experience as an Aerospace Wiring Designer or similar role
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring design principles
  • Understanding of aerospace industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. Must be bi-lingual (English-Spanish).
  • BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or relevant field
