A&P Mechanic 

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an A&P Mechanic with general aviation experience for an opportunity in Sarasota, FL.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completes aircraft and engine maintenance per the applicable aircraft manual.
. Look up the required parts in the applicable Illustrated Parts Catalogue.
• Follows established and normal aviation safety procedures and processes.
• Maintains complete and accurate maintenance records.
• Conducts scheduled inspections and completes follow-up as required.
• Inspects engines, landing gear, instruments, pressurized sections, brakes, valves, pumps, air-conditioning systems and other aircraft systems at the required inspection interval or as needed.
• Complete necessary maintenance and repairs (replacements) on the aircraft, its subsystems, and components.

Qualifications and requirements:
• Federal Aviation Administration Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as A&P Mechanic (Turbo Prop) .
• Experience on Cessna, Diamond, Piper and/or Beechcraft aircraft preferred.
• Problem Solving/Analysis.
• Advanced troubleshooting a plus
• Meet experience requirements on airframes or powerplants.
• Strong mechanical ability and skills.
