COMPLIANCE DEADLINE: Monday before Monday training class
START DATES: TBD once candidate clears Launch compliance and is Onboarded by Monument
Training classes - every other Monday, next 3/20/26, 4/6/2026
REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS: will be provided the Monday before their Monday scheduled date. They will now be required to badge (unpaid) on Mon/Tues before their Mon start. Ensure they are ready to show up with photo ID and original unexpired ITAR document in hand (no copies)

COMPENSATION / SCHEDULE
Weekly Pay: 1640 taxable
ST: SCA pay model – 37.96/hr + 5.09/hr H&W (health & welfare pay). Total = 41.00/hr
OT: 53.87
PD: None
TRAINING: Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment; there will be a pre-hire assessment within the first 5 days!! Will be released if do not pass *** 
BONUS: No
WORK SCHEDULE: must be available for any shift
OVERTIME: not expected
CLEARANCE: None

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
No tools required
**Sanchez notes  - This order is part of BGS (Boeing Global Services) and its heavy maintenance. 4-5 years of SM in an MRO environment required (same as VC25). If all their experience is Production (Spirit Aerosystems for example) he will not approve them. They need heavy maintenance experience. He also asked that we not submit job hoppers. “If they have 10 jobs on their resume, I’m not interested”. He will accept SM experience on any airframe (large commercial A/C, regional A/C, helicopters, etc.)

Required Skills:
• 4+ years on-aircraft heavy structures experience
• 4+ years of experience working with non-porous metals, such as aluminum, titanium, and stainless
• 4+ years of experience working with schematics, specifications, assembly drawings and standard operating procedures
• 4+ years of experience using structures hand tools such as: drills 45 and 90 degrees, pancake adapters, counter sink cages, hole finders, and rivet guns
• 4+ years of experience working heavy structures: locating, drilling, countersinking and fastening structures (i.e.. doublers, stringers, webs, seat tracks, etc.) to aircraft
• Ability to work variable shifts (i.e. scheduled and unscheduled overtime; weekends and holidays) to support mission requirements and workload

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in aircraft heavy maintenance (JAWACS or Depot Level)
• Ability to operate a forklift, mobile crane, and riding type electric powered elevating equipment

Week 1 – Responsibilities / Expectations / Culture / Environment

Paying attention during orientation so they understand importance of clocking hours timely/correctly, having good attendance, and understanding Boeing facility guidelines
Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment – OJT or formal classroom training
Unique Pay Period - Boeing’s pay period runs Friday-Thursday. LAUNCH pay period M-F (we pay on Fridays)

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Perform close tolerance drilling, reaming, removal, and installation to critical support structures and fracture critical area
• Locate blind holes necessary for installation of new structural items to existing structure
• Perform efforts associated with sealing, painting, shimming, and preserving structure in accordance with standard repair processes
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical orders, process specification, and retrofit requirements to perform structural modification/repair
• Use tooling assemblies and fixtures for depot level modification and repair of structural parts
• Knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting/repair procedures and replacement of components
• Knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modification and repair and the ability to determine functionality of non-complex electrical systems
• Knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, cable tensiometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers, etc.
• Access aircraft data via computer systems and initiate on-line parts and discrepancy requests
• Maintain necessary certifications, licenses and permits as required for assigned work
• Ascend and descend vertical work ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift loads of approximately 35 pounds
• Ensure working environment is deemed safe for access and job task performance via Hazardous Energy and Lock Out /Tag systems applications
• Assist other team members (General Mechanics, Avionics, Electronics) to ensure cost/schedule targets are met
• The position requires the ability to pass an assessment at the end of training cycle
• The position requires compliance to SA Site Tool and FOD procedure
