      LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an Planning Supervisor for an opportunity in Wilmington, OH

 The planning supervisor provides day-to-day leadership, coordination, and oversight for all planning functions-including both Planning and Booth Planning - ensuring a unified workflow and consistent output quality.  This role focuses on team development, operational execution, and ensuring timely, accurate work package preparation and project flow to support aircraft maintenance events. 

What you need?
Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize work in a multi?project environment.
• Working knowledge of maintenance processes
• Three (3) years of lead or supervisor experience in heavy maintenance MRO environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and general digital tools.
• Working knowledge of FAA and Federal Aviation Regulations relevant to FAR Part 145 operations. 

Preferred Job Skills:

• A&P License.
• Bachelor’s degree in aviation technology, business, or related technical field.
• Previous planning, production control, or wings experience
