COMPENSATION / SCHEDULE
Weekly Pay (on 40 hours) / PACKAGE RATE: $1,600 / $60.00/hour
ST: 22.00
OT: $60.00
PD: 720.00
TRAINING: 4 days classroom orientation (tons of computer work), additional week of on the floor training with a senior tech before officially hitting the floor
BONUS: No
WORK SCHEDULE: **As of 11/16 primarily only looking for weekend shift - 3x12's - please communicate this with any new prospects **

Contract --> Direct
1st, 2nd, 3rd shift.
3, 4 & 5 day schedules worked. 3 day shift is 36 paid hours - needs to be 100% open to all shift options. 
OVERTIME: TBD

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
** please note there is very little training, folks need to be able to truly hit the ground running in cabinetry/woodworking to customizations/fabrication **

1. MUST be able to pass vision test during compliance - this tests for colorblindness and requires a perfect score. If even 15/16, will not be able to proceed. * DFJ uses color coding system throughout the facility *
2. Candidates must have construction, carpentry, or building experience
3. 2+ years of experience of cabinet fabrication.  Dassault expects contractors to hit the ground running.
4. HAS to have more than just installation experience
5. High school diploma or equivalent required.
6. Must have experience using a laptop and above average computer skills.
7. Must have visual capacity and muscular dexterity to work on fine detail, high-cost products with a minimum of errors and rework
8. NO TOOLS REQUIRED

Training all week - 4 days classroom/computer - pair up with a senior tech starting Friday & the following week. *
Parking: 1st lot on the right once through the gate and enter through double glass doors at end of covered walkway.
Work Schedule: TBD - provided by end of first week. Make sure your candidate is 100% open to shift.
Dress Code: Work clothes & safety glasses.

• Fabricate aircraft cabinets
• Perform other functions that support the delivery of aircraft cabinets using cabinet construction skills in conformance with procedures and guidelines and to the standards of Dassault Falcon Jet quality.
