Maintenance Utility Worker

 

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Utility Worker with experience performing general labor and maintenance tasks for an opportunity in Minneapolis, MN.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 

The Maintenenace Utility Worker will will assist in in the pick-up and delivery of parts and restocking shelves in a stockroom environment.

 

 

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
  • Must be willing to work any shift.
  • Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Qualifications:
  • Must be able to read and write English and be able to comprehend and apply information contained in technical manuals.
  • Requires high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must possess basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic disciplines as they apply to aircraft systems.
  • Must meet the physical requirements which qualify a person to perform essential job functions.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure. 
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be able to pass an extensive background check, drug test and audiogram
  • Be authorized to work in the US
  • Have the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
