Shift: 1st 6 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime: Currently working 6 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday, 6 AM -12 PM 2 Saturday’s a month.
Pay: B Level: $24-35/hr
C Level: $20-24/hr

Job Description:
- Set Up and Operate CNC Vertical Milling Centers according to job orders and specifications
- Select and install tooling, fixtures, and upload program
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Perform first piece inspection and in process inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring equipment to confirm that parts meet specifications
- Make adjustments to machinery as necessary, minor troubleshooting
- Responsible for running up to two machines at a time. Can expect to perform 1-5 set ups per day depending on job orders
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Must Haves:
- CNC Set Up Operating experience with Vertical Milling Centers
- Blueprint Reading
- Quality Inspection using Micrometers, Calipers, and Gauges
- Experience with Fanuc controls
Pluses:
- Experience Setting Up and Operating Haas VMC’s
- Ability to edit programs
- Experience with G and M Codes
- Experience working with CNC machines with up to 5 axis
