We are currently looking to hire a full time Process Engineer for our manufacturing facility in Addison, IL. We are looking to interview and have someone start ASAP. The position pays up to 70K to start.

 

Summary Responsible for taking complex engineering documents and creating easy to follow work instructions for operators.  Responsible for establishing and documenting best practices for assembly and repair processes.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

  • Develop, and optimize assembly and repair processes
  • Create work instructions based on engineering documentation, and process observations
  • Train operators in new processes
  • Audit processes to ensure they are followed
  • Support Manufacturing Engineers in their duties
  • Ensures personnel are following AS9100 Quality requirements.
  • Employee’s primary duties require him/her to use discretion and independent judgment.

Education and/or Experience                                            

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred in Manufacturing Engineering; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

 

Reasoning Ability                                                    

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.

 

Computer Skills                                           

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software along with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Solidworks

Manufacturing Engineer

Machine Shop Manufacturing Engineer

 

We are currently looking to hire a full time machine shop manufacturing engineer for our manufacturing facility in Addison, IL. We are looking to interview and have someone start ASAP. The position pays up to 90K to start.

 

Summary Responsible for the establishment of production routers and BOM’s to support product builds.  Responsible for providing technical support to resolve issues in the shop area during the production process.  Responsible for productivity improvements, and automation implementation.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provides support to assembly and shop for issues with material nonconformance’s.

  • Member of material Review Board (MRB) responsible for material dispositions.
  • Improving processes in a machine shop environment
  • Troubleshooting production issues
  • Develop automation, methods, special tooling & machine designs for the purpose of cost reduction, quality & process enhancement
  • Develops requirements for tooling and support equipment.
  • Being involved in capital expenditure discussions
  • Laying out the plant area as new machines come
  • Ensures personnel are following AS9100 Quality requirements.
  • Employee’s primary duties require him/her to use discretion and independent judgment.
  • Address any concerns from OSP providers
  • Understanding Customer and Engineering requirements and translating them into our processes
  • Prepare quotes for new parts and processes
  • Review drawings for manufacturability
  • Develop/Maintain Process routings

We are currently looking to hire a full time assembly test technician for our manufacturing facility in Addison, IL. This position pays up to 18/hour to start and is on the 1st shift with lot’s of OT! We are looking to interview and have someone start ASAP.

 

This position is responsible for following procedures for production assembly, fabrication, test, inspection of operators products, equipment operation, inspects manufactured or processed products. The technician is also responsible for handling products, equipment and materials.

 

-Must have a HS Diploma or GED

-Perform functional testing on final products and complete data testing sheet

-Use of measurement gauges and test equipment

-Report quality or safety issues in a timely manner

-Light assembly and repairs

-Ability to read blueprints and schematics and do mechanical and electrical assembly

1st Shift Machinist

 

We are currently looking to hire a full time machinist for our manufacturing facility in Addison, IL. The position pays 24/hour to start and can interview and start ASAP.

 

We are looking for candidates that have any experience operating CNC or manual machines. We will train on detailed operation and set-ups.

 

Pay: 24/hour

 

Shift: 1st Monday to Friday 5am-5pm

 

Summary  Sets up and operates basic machines.  Other duties may be assigned.

 

Reviews blueprints, job folders, job packets to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.

 

Measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points on material or work piece as guides for subsequent machining.

 

Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines.

 

Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.

 

Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications.

 

Sets up and operates machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data.

 

Verifies dimensions.

 

Tests operation of unit to ensure functionality and performance.

 

Confers with Lead and senior departmental employees, or others to resolve machining assembly problems.
