Electrical Assembler
We are currently looking to hire several electrical assemblers for our manufacturing facility in Franklin Park, IL. These positions pay up to $19/hour to start and are on the 1st shift, Monday to Friday 6 am-2:30 pm.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Electrical control panels and Buss wiring
- Follow wiring diagrams and schematics
- Install pre-wired panel into a control box
- Terminate wiring based on schematics
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot
- Read and understand blueprints and schematic drawings to determine wiring layout
- Inspect parts for defects and to ensure quality
Knowledge & Skills
- Must know electricals symbols and schematics
- Must be able to understand blueprints and drawings
- Must be able to use shop equipment and hand tools
- Perform basic math functions including an understanding of fractions and decimals
- Basic computer skills
