Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a 1st shift Maintenance Tech for both our Lake Zurich and North Barrington facilities. Start times are flexible from 7AM to 8:30AM working till 3:30PM to 5PM, Monday through Friday, with little to no OT(max of 5 hours). Pay range is from $15 to $20p/hour. Below are the main things they're looking for:

Job Responsibilities:

• 3+years of assembling, disassembling and maintaining manufacturing machines
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools (screw driver, pliers, power drills and more)
• Able to read and understand blueprints or machine instructions
• Depending on experience, could be responsible for wiring fixtures within work areas
• Oversee standard facility functions as well
• Lifting or moving up to 50 pounds when needed
• Comfortable with following up with management on issues or concerns out of control
• Keep log of daily duties and submit to supervisor

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Work mostly on feet or at a bench utilizing a microscope for assembly
• Have a good basic level of mechanical ability
