Production Leader

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Production Leader for an opportunity in Kingsville, TX

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Production Leader, you’ll lead maintenance, repair, and overhaul activity across a second shift to drive and ensure customer satisfaction with all of our stakeholders.

• Lead and motivate the factory staff to deliver customer requirements at targeted cost and delivery
• Develop and maximize the potential of staff through feedback and coaching
• Respond to demand changes, assessing risk, inventory, capacity and financial implications
  Ensure compliance with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies
• Communicate simply and effectively across multiple functions and work schedules to support execution of the MRO plans
• Develop and maintain a High-Performance Culture through training and everyday behaviors

Qualifications and requirements:

• An Associate’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR;
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR;
• A Master’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 0+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR;
• JD/PhD
• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires US Citizens
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
