Trailer Technician - Number # Needed = 1
Required 2-3 plus years experience

Shift: 1st Shift: 6:45am - 3:15pm Mon-Fri

Pay: $18-$26 P/H DOE

Location: Harrisonburg, VA

Role:
NAPA's Trailer Mechanic are responsible for maintaining diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements; correcting trailer deficiencies; making adjustments and alignments; keeping records.

• Completing Preventative Maintenance on Trailers
• Repairing Deficiencies found on PMs
• Repairing Physical Damage
• Light Refrigeration Repairs
• Welding
• Maintains vehicle records by annotating services and repairs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience: 1 or more year's related experience working on Class 8 Trailers

Education: A high school diploma or GED required.
o Ability to utilize diagnostic programs
o Basic computer skills
o Ability to participate in out of state training
o Knowledge of air brake systems
o Refrigeration Certifications a plus (and compensated)
o Valid CDL a plus.

Knowledge of tools, equipment, methods and practices of electrical systems and maintenance; Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner; basic computer skills (Microsoft office, TMT)
