Customer Service Representative
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
Qualifications:
- SIDA badge required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills
- Customer Service Experience
- Excellent grammar and speaking skills
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone call inquiries.
- Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain support for the Flight Attendant Virtual Support Center.
- To issue loaner handheld devices (to avoid departure delays), trouble shoot operating system and application issues, track and document device compliance and provide in-the-moment support from a myriad of categories – to our 22K flight attendants.
- Ability to maintain excellent customer service skills and demonstrates a high level of professionalism
