Onsite Program Manager
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an Onsite Program Manager for an opportunity in Santa Maria, CA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Onsite Program Manager will oversee and coordinate programs/contracts to assure compliance with contractual requirements and management goals related to schedules, financial operations, technical performance, tracking and contract administration.
Qualifications and requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years aerospace experience required
- Must be articulate & punctual
- Must be able to communicate effectively and coordinate with Engineering department and Supply Chain
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Must be able to work any shift
