Accounts Payable Clerk
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking and HR assistant with recruiting experience for an opportunity in Jacksonville, FL.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- HR duties (won’t be doing Payroll)
- Prefer recruiting exp
- Conduct Interviews
- Conduct initial HR training/Indoc
- Process Salaried time sheets
- Process Hourly time sheets – send weekly to contracting houses
- Attendance tracking
- Process JIA SIDA badge application
- Efficient at excel, Outlook, Word
Qualifications and requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role.
Experience with MS Dynamics SL 7, and/or another large ERP system considered an asset.
Post-secondary education specializing in Accounting considered an asset.
Strong ability to multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Written and verbal proficiency in the English language.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (notably Excel & Word).
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
