ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role are to maintain, manage, grow and deliver to key LAUNCH VMS clients and accounts. This role is the liaison
between the customer and LAUNCH Recruiters and works in conjunction with the Sales Leader assigned to the account.
Overview of Responsibilities
? Act as the primary day-to-day focal person on managing national LAUNCH VMS client accounts.
? Investigation and development of organic growth opportunities within established clients. Communicates and coordinates with LAUNCH Sales
Leader and Market Segment Executive to ensure alignment with customer strategy.
? Abide by daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance related metrics.
? Responsible for the evaluation, qualification and assignment of job orders submitted through the VMS tools for the assigned accounts.
? First POC for the client, the client VMS, and internal fulfillment team.
? Escalate appropriate tasks and projects to the VMS Program Manager, Sales, Service and Fulfillment teams.
? Pull new work orders and requisitions from the VMS and enter them in to iCIMS.
? Collaborate with the fulfillment team to answer any questions about any of the open VMS orders.
? Input submittals into the VMS tools.
? Work with the VMS/MSP teams to get feedback, coordinate interviews, testing, etc.
? Verify correct bill and pay rates have been input in to ICIMS.
? Run weekly reports to determine if the rates match between iCIMS and the various VMS tools.
? Develop a reporting database covering rates, time-to-fill, term reasons, etc. to provide real, measurable metrics.
? Participate in client VMS scorecard reviews.
Additional Fulfillment aspects of the position (if and when required):
? Real time Validation/Communication/Audit of all client orders.
? Sets up and closes all orders for assigned accounts and ensures real time accuracy.
? Review all open orders on a weekly basis for accuracy in description of job, description of facility, pay and bill details, bonus information,
compliance standards, and onboarding information,
? Requirement Allocation and Distribution.
? Generate new REQ Qualification calls.
? Submits candidates to client while providing additional Quality Control of the candidates we are presenting.
? Follows up with client on submittal feedback and aging submittals.
? Coordinates Interviews when required.
? Incorporates feedback from client into job order and communicates updates with LAUNCH Recruiting.
Additional Client Relations aspects of the position (if and when required):
? Reconfirm client tracking and candidate reporting instructions.
? Communicate and tracking adjustments (falloffs, additions, start date adjustments, etc.) with client.
? Validate shift schedule of contract employees.
? Owns client specific paperwork.
? Conduct all rate changes (new position, rate, shift, etc.).
Additional Contractor Relations aspects of the position (if and when required):
? Approval of Advances for contractors working at their assigned accounts.
? Assist with Timecards and Payroll issues and discrepancies.
? Injury & Safety Situations.
? Contractor Performance Reviews.
? Badge Tracking Management.
? Manage the Payroll Hours Report.
Additional Business Development aspects of the position (if and when required):
? Start Report – Timely and accurate review/audit Start Report. Update job orders accordingly.
? Supports LAUNCH Sales Leader on any RFI/RFQ/RFP responses.
? Proactive Submittals to Inactive Clients or job orders that are not currently open.

1. Must be 21 years of age
2. Must be able to work independently
3. Associates degree preferred
