Shift: 1st Shift 7:00am-3:30pm or 7:30am - 4:00pm M-F. Sat can be asked depending on work load. Tech would get weekday off if this happens.

DEPARTMENT: Service Department
Responsible for overseeing and,
? Maintain Fleet
? Build and maintain customer satisfaction by:
o Communicating progress of repairs.
o Communicating if additional work or extra time is required
? Provide guidance and mentoring to Technicians
? Monitor Sub usage and ensure all vehicles subbed out are repaired and returned to customers as
timely as possible either in retail or shops to keep sub utilization to a minimum
? Open, process, and track repair orders in Data system
? Manage parts, lube, and tire inventory
? Track & schedule preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns
? Maximize utilization of maintenance hours available
? Accurate completion of repair orders
? Oversee all rentals, lease and CM service work both internally and externally
? Provide support as needed in achieving service department goals
? Special projects as assigned by Service Manager
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or equivalent and journeyman technical training. A valid CDL Driver’s license is
required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and carry a distance of 5 feet.
