Recruiting Coordinator



LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.  Recruiting Coordinators work with hiring stakeholder (recruiters, hiring managers, etc.) to ensure that Company’s candidates are informed and engaged throughout the process. The Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, taking proactive steps to plan and streamline the interviewing process, providing timely and professional communications with candidates and other stakeholders, and helping to influence positive hiring outcomes. Additionally, you may also be required to work closely with the Recruiters and the Resource Support Team relative to any activities to assist with complete the pre-screening process and answer any related questions. 



• Ability to travel 90 – 100% of the time supporting hiring events domestically Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles • Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority • High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency • 1 – 3 years of related experience (preferred) • Strong administration skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Positive and proactive attitude • Corporate experience preferable but not essential • Interest in recruitment and knowledge of pre-employment screening an advantage • Self-motivated, should be able to work well under pressure with little supervision within assigned deadlines with attention to detail; proven organizational, planning, and time management skills are necessary; strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills required • Must proactively follow up on processes and issues and be able to recommend and implement corrective actions • Must be able to work alone or as part of a team and have excellent communication skills. • Must be very motivated to meet the needs of internal customers while practicing diplomacy when communicating (both orally and written) • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion • Should be proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint



• Follow established talent acquisition processes and use of technologies (ATS, etc.) to ensure data accuracy • Ensure the proper compilation of offer letters and related materials • Maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally • Deliver a positive recruiting experience for all candidates • Perform administrative duties as needed to support the recruiting team • Participate in recruiting events • Work closely with other coordinators and administrative support throughout the organization to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of candidates and interviewers • Assist with candidate questions & inquiries re: hiring and onboarding processes • Update system and candidate information as needed • Preparing event packets & compile documents for TA Team • Ad- hoc reporting as needed. • Assists in scheduling and correspondence as needed; updates contact lists; processes necessary forms and applications; and distributes mail to the appropriate receiver. • Communication confirmed appointment information with candidates and recruiting team • Managing daily information/candidate data tracking, providing information to the RES and/or ACS/CGO division about the employees results and pending items • Effectively communicating with all stakeholders daily to ensure all parties are informed of progress throughout the pre-screening process
