Duties and Responsibilities
Safety and Security Aid
The Safety and Security Aid shall report to the EHS Coordinator. He / she shall have the responsibility and the authority for the following:
- Ensuring only Authorized individuals enter the AOA Area, this includes making sure individuals under escort are following the proper escort procedures.
- Challenging anyone in the AOA or in an AerSale facility to ensure they have proper credentials.
- Ensuring employees are following safety and security procedures and directives.
- Reporting any unsafe act or unsafe condition immediately to the EHS Coordinator and AerSale Management.
- Must be able to obtain an AOA badge from the Airport.
- Assist with planning and implementation of Safety and Security policies and procedures. Includes posting bulletins directives etc. by the time clock, or around the facilities.
- Issue tickets as required for violations of company policies.
Perform additional duties as requested by his / her immediate supervisor or other Management personnel.
