LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Lean Leader for an opportunity in Gainesville, TX
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Lean Leader is committed to driving the company wide improvement through the use of Lean tools. This individual acts as a leader within the company to promote process based problem solving and daily management and to promote continuous improvement in all aspects of the company.
Qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or any management related field
- 3+ years of dedicated Lean/Continuous Improvement experience preferred
- 3+ years of management experience preferred
- Lean/Continuous Iprovement-based certification or equivalent
- Manufacturing / aviation experience preferred
