Vendor Break Down Coordinator
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an Event Planner for an opportunity in Burlington, NJ
Fleet Management company is seeking a Vendor / breakdown Coordinator to creative, highly organized meeting and event planner to help schedule and Monitor Repairs with Vendors , Review and Approve Vendor Estimates and work with drivers to help ensure safe transport.
Salary Range $50- $70 K
Shift- 1st Monday- Friday with occassional weekend and evening calls
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Field Vendor Inquiries
- Schedule and Monitor Repairs with Vendors
- Review and Approve Vendor Estimates
- Process Vendor Invoices
- Input Invoices in Fleet Maintenance System
- Communicate with Internal Operations Groups on Schedules and Status
- Field Calls from Drivers and Vendors related to Breakdowns/Road calls
- Work with Breakdown Service on approvals if needed
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in Tractor/Trailer Repairs
- Good Computer Skills
Responsibilities and Job Duties:
- Experience with hands-on mechanic work
- Experience With Microsoft office products
- Will need to be comfortable on phone and computers working with external and internal employees
- Organize drivers, vendors and internal office staff
- Willing to learn
- Field Calls from Drivers and Vendors related to Breakdowns/Road calls
