COMPENSATION / SCHEDULE
Weekly Pay (on 40 hours) / PACKAGE RATE: 
LOCAL
ST: 28/HR
OT: 42/HR
PD: X
TRAINING: same as normal.
BONUS: N/A
WORK SCHEDULE:

1st: M-Fri 7:00AM - 4:00PM or 8:00-5:00PM

Overtime: N/A

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

Will need to be familiar with the work. Will NOT have a specific training schedule, will be on the job training/hitting the ground running.
 
There will be an onsite interview with the HM. *
  • Highly Preferred: J Standard (IPC -610) or higher
  • Must have 3+ yrs soldering experience if don't have the certs
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in cable build/assembly manufacturing 
  • Wire assembly instructions/blueprint familiarity 
  • Tooling knowledge
  • Experience with cable wire and assembling electronic components
  • Continuity testing of wire harnesses and cable assemblies
  • Use of solder iron and calipers
  • Knowledge of performing visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assemblies and finished products Employee Value Proposition –

    • Will be expected to pretty much hit the ground running
    • Casual dress code with close toed shoes

    JOB DESCRIPTION – FORMATTED TO BE SHARABLE
    • Ability to read blueprints and follow wire harness assembly instructions.
    • Ability to gather materials and tooling necessary to perform work in an organized manner.
    • Routes, wires, and assembles electronic components using wire layout boards.
    • Numerous hand assembly operations based on detailed instructions.
    • Operate semi-automatic equipment such as crimp presses, wire twisters and wire strippers.
    • Conducts functional and continuity tests of wire harnesses and cable assemblies using friendly test fixtures.
    • Use of a solder iron to solder wires to switches or connectors.
    • Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assemblies and finished products.
