WORK SCHEDULE:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
Will need to be familiar with the work. Will NOT have a specific training schedule, will be on the job training/hitting the ground running.
There will be an onsite interview with the HM. *Minimum 3+ years’ experience in cable build/assembly manufacturing
Wire assembly instructions/blueprint familiarity
Tooling knowledge
Experience with cable wire and assembling electronic components
Continuity testing of wire harnesses and cable assemblies
Use of solder iron and calipers
Knowledge of performing visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assemblies and finished products

1st: M-Fri 7:00AM - 4:00PM or 8:00-5:00PM
Overtime: N/AMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

- Highly Preferred: J Standard (IPC -610) or higher
- Must have 3+ yrs soldering experience if don't have the certs

- Will be expected to pretty much hit the ground running
- Casual dress code with close toed shoes
JOB DESCRIPTION – FORMATTED TO BE SHARABLE
- Ability to read blueprints and follow wire harness assembly instructions.
- Ability to gather materials and tooling necessary to perform work in an organized manner.
- Routes, wires, and assembles electronic components using wire layout boards.
- Numerous hand assembly operations based on detailed instructions.
- Operate semi-automatic equipment such as crimp presses, wire twisters and wire strippers.
- Conducts functional and continuity tests of wire harnesses and cable assemblies using friendly test fixtures.
- Use of a solder iron to solder wires to switches or connectors.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assemblies and finished products.
