Qualifications:

Must be proficient in written and oral communication
Demonstrated project management experience and strong organizational skills
Must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Smartsheet and PowerPoint
Basic data management skills

Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
A bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Allied Health or other Occupational Health related fields
Certified Athletic Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Professional Ergonomist or related Human Performance certification
Experience in industrial operations, health care, occupational safety
Project/program management experience
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
Responsibilities:
This contract position will support the ACS Health, Wellness and Ergonomics team in developing and managing existing injury prevention projects and programs, coordinating training programs, assuring effectiveness, and analyzing injury data and trends for our Front-Line agents to reduce Global Injury Rate and Lost Work Days. This role will work within the ACS Ground Safety team, to develop and lead injury prevention solutions to support reduction of musculoskeletal injuries and return-to-work programs in our ground operation. The Delta Air Lines Airport Customer Service division supports over 30,000 front-line employees. This position reports directly to the Manager – ACS Ergonomics. Up to 30% travel is required.
Specific functions of this position include but are not limited to:
Direct large scale injury prevention projects
Managing sustainability and continuous improvement of ergonomic training programs
Data collection and analysis, performance tracking, and reporting
Travel assessments and site visits across Delta’s domestic operation
Administer training programs on an as-needed basis
Collect and organize feedback to develop action items
Lead industrial tools and tech projects
Utilization of SafetyNet, (Vistaire) reporting system to pull ongoing injury data and cases
Elevate safety and enterprise risk to leadership as needed
