1st Shift Special Accounts Customer Service Rep

A large client of ours in Mount Prospect is looking for a 1st shift Special Accounts Customer Service Rep. They will be working from 8:30am to 5pm and making $16.50p/hour. This is a 5 month contract to direct role, but there is only 2 to 3 years of customer service experience needed. A few must haves are listed below:

- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience within the manufacturing/machining industry
- Confident and comfortable with speaking with large clients
- Comfortable with going on the floor and having conversations with the distribution team
- Willing to learning the tooling industry in and out
- Good on computers using Microsoft Excel and Outlook and able to type at a high rate

They're willing to train this person from start to finish. This position has the opportunity to move in to the assistant manager role after 3 years once that spot opens.
