3rd Shift Batch Mixer

A large client of ours in Elk Grove Village is looking for x2 3rd Shift Batch Mixers for their production team. The client is large ink packager and distributor for custom label printing machines. Candidates will be making anywhere from $14 to $18p/hour depending on experience. They will be working from 11PM to 7:15AM with a 15 minute break and a 30 minute lunch break. What exactly they're looking for is listed below:

- Read and understand batch cards to assure product quality and accuracy.
- Mix and produce up to 3 or 4 batches per shift. Fill product and package material. Once fully training they will be required to follow the whole process all the way through.
- This is basic batch mixing role. No temp control/audits.
- Manually and accurately document EVERYTHING. Very important part of the process.
- Awesome, go getter attitude. Someone that wants to learn and be with the company long term. This trumps everything.
- Comfortable with working on feet for entire shift, packing and moving boxes weighing up to 50lbs, repeatedly.

These positions can interview and start ASAP. Manager has a pretty flexible schedule and needs these people.
