Medical Device Assembly Technician
We are looking fro a 2nd shift Assembly Tech up in our Lake Zurich plant. Hours are from 2:30PM to 11:00PM, Monday through Friday, with little to no OT(max of 5 hours). Pay range is from $14 to $16p/hour. Below are the main things they're looking for:
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce small assembled parts according to product specs
- Perform manufacturing processes to produce product include drilling, cutting, measuring, mounting, and assembling
- Keep track of materials, tools, and procedures as the device is manufactured
- Work with a variety of assembly equipment and hand tools including but not limited to tweezers, razor blade, scalpel, wire cutter, clippers, needle nose pliers, screwdriver, Allen wrenches, and ring light (magnifying glass)
- Must have the ability to utilize a variety of assembly equipment including lab oven, glue dispenser, trimming lathe, and computer-operated saw
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Work mostly on feet or at a bench utilizing a microscope for assembly
- Have a good basic level of mechanical ability
