LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Marketing Communications Project Coordinator for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.


The Project Coordinator position will provide support to the Marketing Communications organization.



  • Support a cross functional team to help bring alignment among shared process, reduce redundancies and increase the consistency of our output to the organization.
  • Be responsible for managing projects and processes that impact all of Marketing Communications Responsibilities.
  • Assist in capturing program status, risks and next steps for weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the Marketing Communications, Technology and International teams.
  • Document process flows and governance models to support new ways of working to streamline work efforts and improve efficiencies.
  • Develop and manage agendas for large ongoing shared monthly/reoccurring team discussions.
  • Facilitate the development and distribution of the Monthly Marketing Performance Report.
  • Assist with establishment of risk/Issue capture and resolution process for Marcomm projects.
  • Support budget tracking and forecasting needs for team, agencies, contracts and vendors using MS Excel (including eNCI allotment).
  • Update and edit content on the Marketing pages of IntraNet.
  • Draft outlines for business cases, project charters, and presentations based on team and project needs.
  • Capture meeting minutes and track action items.
  • Support activities needed to implement the use of collaborative spaces such as SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Establish team templates for creative decks, calendars, flow charts.
  • Help prepare PowerPoint decks, slides and charts for specific team or business needs.
  • Manage project schedules updates and shared team calendars, content calendars and product/cabin calendar.
  • Manage smaller change management projects from ideation through to through delivery.
  • Interface with external marketing teams to help capture requirements, challenges and issues for the PMO to address in its operations efforts.
  • Support the planning and execution of the annual all-agency/team meeting.
  • Other duties as assigned.



  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in project coordinator, management or analyst role in a marketing or brand environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multitasking and ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or program needs.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodology Tool / Skills Required.
  • MS Excel – Medium Level (formulas, sorting, graphs, tables, some pivot tables).
  • MS PowerPoint – Medium Level (marketing environment caliber visual presentations).
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, site admin experience preferred.
  • Experience with JIRA.
