Paul Nowicki
As Senior Vice President of Operations, Paul serves on the Corporate Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for overseeing LAUNCH Operations which includes Information Technology, Claims and Risk, Safety and Quality, Office Operations, and Facilities Management. He also works with the Board of Directors and C-Suite Leadership on the continued development of market planning and strategic initiatives. He ensures day-to-day business functionality utilizing his leadership, communication, and management skills gained over his 20+ year career in staffing and finance.
Paul previously served as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives where he focused on driving and implementing strategic planning across the entire LAUNCH organization. He’s also has managed the National Sales Division leading a team of Sales Directors and Managers responsible for new business development and client relationship management across the organization. Prior to working with LAUNCH, Paul spent nearly 10 years in Light Industrial and Professional Staffing across multiple Midwest markets.
His passion lies with coaching and developing high-performing teams to help those around him realize their potential to achieve personal and organizational goals. Paul received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Illinois State University and earned his MBA from Marquette University.
Natalie Nowicki
As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Natalie is part of the executive leadership team at LAUNCH, helping to create and drive organizational effectiveness while supporting the CEO and COO on all major initiatives. She is passionate about leadership and dedicates her focus to advancing the company’s vision.
Natalie has overall responsibility for developing and managing the human resources team at LAUNCH, including benefits oversight, performance management, employee retention, compensation management and talent acquisition. She also sets, enforces and evaluates the company’s HR policies, procedures and best practices to ensure they are always up to date. As part of this, she is responsible for managing legal and risk management for LAUNCH as it relates to employment law and legal compliance.
In addition to her role, Natalie oversees and ensures FAA compliance for the company.
Natalie has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP).
Mike Flitcroft
Mike Flitcroft is the Senior Vice President of Fulfillment & Delivery at LAUNCH. As part of the Operational Leadership Team, Flitcroft oversees both the Recruiting and Client Services teams and is focused on improving the way we recruit, deliver and service LAUNCH customers, enhancing the quality, success and retention of placements. His vision of delivery centers on servicing both our clients and our fulfillment organization.
Most recently, Flitcroft worked for over 17 years as an Executive Professional Account Recruiting Manager & Practice Lead at Aerotek, where he was highly accomplished as a top producer and recognized with multiple annual awards.
Flitcroft earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh with a double major in Marketing and Finance.
