JOB DESCRIPTION
- F-16 Depot Flight-line Mechanic
- Mechanic will perform/assist with all launch, recovery, preflight/thru flight/Basic Post Flight inspections, ground handling, maintenance, engine runs, operational checkouts, and servicing.
- Perform routine troubleshooting, installation, repair and maintenance of all electro-mechanical and pneudraulic systems and components on the aircraft.
- Responsible for the acceptableness of all electrical, hydraulic-pneumatic, propulsion, landing gear, flight control surfaces and periodic inspections, general airframe condition, aircraft furnishings and crew escape system of the aircraft.
- Will be required to remove panels and associated hardware to obtain access equipment requiring repair.
- Must have minimum of 4 years F-16 flightline or other legacy fighter flightline experience
- Must be able to work first or second shift
