The Production Control Coordinator (PCC) role establishes and manages process flow of open work documents, audits, and accounts for completed work documents, coordinates resources with related departments, support pre-induction and post visit meetings.  This will include organizing and being accountable for all job tasks associated with the projects in work, including updating the job card log. PCC will be responsible for building digital and hard copy work packages, including appropriate customer electronic ERP entries in accordance with customer GMMs, scanning and shipping records.
PCC assembles and revises new work orders, will manage routine and non-routine job cards and audit cards for FAA and customer compliance with accurate paperwork to meet the customer GMM.
PCC will also be responsible for supporting statements of work customer meetings.
PCC will provide project status updates.
PCC will assist with scheduling as needed.
This position will also require the PCC to ensure the production Control Booth remains secure to protect the customer paperwork at all times.
PCC will be responsible for badging and escorting visitors as required.
Other duties as determined by Planning, PMO and Operations.
Skills needed:
  • A&P or A License preferred.
  • Some MRO experience desired
  • MRO ERP experience
  • Empower MX experience a plus
  • Must be able to interact with Client and Teams Leadership as needed
  • Be able to multitask, thrive under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced with Excel, Office, Teams and have a general proficient understanding of computers and office equipment
  • Be able to research technical data and AMM References as needed
  • Customer interaction and service experience desired
  • Need to have experience with shipping and receiving
  • This position will be on the hangar floor and may not be a climate-controlled environment
