Training classes - first training class of new year Mon 1/12, then every other Monday
REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS: will be provided the Monday before their Monday scheduled date. They will now be required to badge (unpaid) on Mon/Tues before their Fri start. Ensure they are ready to show up with photo ID and original unexpired ITAR document in hand (no copies)

Weekly Pay: 680 taxable

TRAINING: Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment – OJT or formal classroom training

WORK SCHEDULE: must be available for any shift

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
**10/23/25 - manager would like remaining 7 spots to be interior mechanics with 3+ yrs of experience**
Must be able to work any shift including days, nights and weekends
Minimum 3+ years experience with live aircraft systems and flight operations (flight readiness, pre/post-flight checks)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
FAA Airframe & Power Plant license
Minimum 3 months of 787 Program Experience.
Familiar with Boeing Production System.
Experience with Field/Flight Line Operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Responsibilities:
Works under supervision with limited understanding of the job. Performs final component installation and systems operational functional testing. Performs rework, modification, maintenance, preflight and post-flight checks for delivery, inspect and document non-conformance following detailed verbal or written instructions on items with limited complexity.
Ability to perform the following requirements:
• The candidate must be able to ascend and descend vertical work ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift loads of approximately 35 pounds.
• Exposure to noise, working on elevated platforms
• Use personal protective gear for face, eyes, ears, hand, and arms as required.
• Pass visual acuity and color perception tests
• Experience understanding and interpreting detailed written and verbal work instructions and processes
• Handle, use, and dispose of hazardous material
• Obtain & maintain training certifications as required to support assignment responsibilities
• Occasional (1 to 3 hrs) finger manipulation
• On occasion, a 2-person lift may be necessary for weights greater than 50 lbs
• Frequent reaching overhead (3 to 6 hrs)
• Frequent walking on flat surfaces
• Frequent standing flat or uneven surfaces
• Frequent balancing on a ladder, steps, or uneven surfaces
• Occasional climbing on 3-12 ft ladders or stands
• Rotation of head/neck, sitting, crawling, squatting, bend/st
• Occasional contact with metals
• Frequent exposure to noise
