LAUNCH Highlights the Expansion of Their Workforce Pipeline Solutions at MRO Americas
Oak Brook, IL — April 23, 2026 — As aviation leaders gathered at MRO Americas to discuss the future of the industry, one topic remained at the forefront of conversations: the growing shortage of skilled aviation technicians.

At this week’s MRO Americas, LAUNCH highlighted the continued success and expansion of its Global Access Program. Having successfully deployed over 500 qualified technicians since its inception in 2023 to support critical maintenance projects and operational needs across airlines, MROs, OEMs, ground transportation, and defense, the program is expected to grow to support access across 79 countries worldwide.
The Global Access Program is a specialized program for sponsoring skilled technicians to work in the US on critical maintenance programs through a VISA program. Customers gain access to a unique set of candidates, helping airlines and MROs address technician shortages while maintaining their operational efficiencies.
