LAUNCH Expands Global Leadership Structure to Support Continued Global Growth
Oak Brook, IL — July 20, 2026 — LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions, a leading provider of aircraft maintenance, modification, and technical workforce solutions, today announced several leadership enhancements designed to support the company’s continued global expansion following its acquisition of JMC Aviation earlier this year.
The acquisition of JMC Aviation marked a significant milestone in LAUNCH’s growth strategy, expanding the organization’s international footprint and strengthening its position as a global leader in aviation technical services and staffing. As efforts continue, LAUNCH remains focused on bringing together the strengths of both organizations while preserving the leadership, expertise, and customer-focused cultures that have contributed to their respective successes.
To support the next phase of growth, LAUNCH announced the appointment of Mick Adams as European Strategic Advisor. Adams, a highly respected aviation maintenance executive with more than 40 years of aerospace experience and former CEO of STS Aviation Services Europe, will work closely with LAUNCH, JMC Aviation, and Capitol Meridian Partners to support strategic initiatives and long-term growth across the European market.
In addition, Hollie Prendergast will continue in her role as Managing Director of JMC Aviation, providing leadership continuity and oversight of the business. With more than 17 years of leadership experience within JMC, Prendergast remains instrumental in supporting employees, customers, and the organization’s continued success.
LAUNCH announced that Group President and Chief Commercial Officer Mike Reporto will also take on the role of Chief Revenue Officer. In this expanded leadership position, he will assume responsibility for the company’s commercial and revenue functions, leading global strategy while driving alignment across revenue operations in North America, Europe, and other international markets. Reporto will focus on strengthening LAUNCH’s worldwide commercial presence and ensuring a unified approach to revenue growth and operational execution across key regions.
