Jeff Martin
Jeff Martin is the newly named Executive Chairman for the LAUNCH Board of Directors. Along with the Capitol Meridian team, Jeff will support the Company’s growth plans by helping to strengthen LAUNCH’s customer value proposition and expansion into new markets and geographies.
Recently, Jeff served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aero Design Labs. Jeff is a 33-year aviation and hospitality industry veteran who began his career at Cessna Aircraft Corporation, followed by 6 years of Military aviation service, then joined Southwest Airlines and later held executive C-suite roles at JetBlue Airways and WestJet Airlines of Canada.
Jeff’s keen knowledge of boardroom governance, airline operations, government certification and finance has contributed to his numerous board and advisory roles. A recognized name in Washington, Jeff served as a congressional appointee to the NextGen Advisory Board and was awarded the Williams Trophy for innovation in aviation. He currently serves on the board of advisors for Aerodesign Labs and XWing. He also holds membership to The Wings Club, NBAA, AOPA, ISTAT and served as an Ops advisor to Airlines for America and the Mitre Corporation.
Jeff was fortunate to serve under the iconic airline leader Herb Kelleher of Southwest Airlines for 22 years. There he learned the value of people, leadership, brand and always taking care of your internal customer (the team). A contributor to Southwest’s massive expansion, Jeff was hired in 1990 to fly the 75th aircraft that SWA purchased and 20 years later he was the Vice President of OCC Operations leading across 700 aircraft, a staff of 15,000 and over 3000 daily departures.
A USAF Pilot veteran, Jeff has logged over 14,000 hours of combined military and civilian aviation flight time and remains current in numerous aircraft. He holds both a US and Canadian Airline Transport License and is type rated on the Boeing 737, Airbus 320/321, Cessna Citation and DC-10-30 aircraft.
Jeff and his wife Susan have two daughters, Hannah and Kaytlyn. When not flying, racing sailboats, or visiting their two grandchildren in Louisiana, they reside in Vero Beach, Florida.
Mike Reporto
As Group President & Chief Commercial Officer, Mike Reporto has the responsibility for LAUNCH’s daily operations and the oversight of all staff. Reporting to the company’s Board of Directors, Reporto is focused on the growth strategy and continued success of the organization. His personality, leadership skills and passion ensure that our internal and external customers continue to value the uniqueness of LAUNCH.
Reporto’s leadership creates consistency and cohesiveness across the company for both clients and employees, while his passion for service and execution ensures the teams work together to provide the highest quality of workforce solutions for our customers. He is a true changemaker at LAUNCH and has spearheaded the creation of several new programs aimed at creating a pipeline of mechanics for the future of aviation maintenance. In January of 2023, Reporto’s was named a Top 100 Staffing Leader to Watch in 2023 as part of the World Staffing Awards.
Throughout his tenure at LAUNCH, Reporto has served as President of Staffing and Senior Vice President of Recruiting Operations, where he oversaw huge advancements in LAUNCH’s service execution, as well as the recruiting and compliance efforts. Mike has provided direction on recruiter allocation, sourcing strategies, strategic development, as well as the growth, coaching, mentoring, and development of the sales and recruiting team. He also worked closely with sales to develop and manage the LAUNCH client services team.
In his past, Mike served as Senior Professional Account Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Lead at Aerotek Commercial and Manufacturing Services. The highlight of Mike’s five-year tenure at Aerotek was being named the company’s top producing Commercial and Manufacturing Recruiter in both 2014 and 2015, after winning back-to-back Million Dollar Club Contests. Mike was well on his way to his third contest win before originally agreeing to join LAUNCH to head its recruiting efforts.
Mike has a degree in Human Resource Management from Northern Illinois University. He is married and resides in Chicago, IL with his wife and daughter.
David L Campbell
David Campbell is the Chief Operating Officer for LAUNCH. In this role, he leads the Operations Excellence Team, LAUNCH TEAMS, Quality, and Technical Development for the company. He also provides oversight for the LAUNCH hangar facilities and has responsibility for the company’s Part 145 Repair Station Certificate.
Dave is an extremely accomplished leader with more than three decades of frontline and executive experience in aviation operations, safety, regulatory compliance, and technical services. He is overseeing the effort as LAUNCH enhances its operational capabilities to meet the recently released FAA Safety Management System Advisory Circular for Aviation Service Providers.
Dave’s distinguished career includes serving as President & COO of Aero Design Labs and President & CEO of Horizon Air. He was previously Vice President of Technical Operations at JetBlue Airways and held senior leadership roles at American Airlines for over 25 years.
Dave is a U.S. Air Force veteran and former aircraft technician. He holds a degree from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Doug Bennett
As Chief Financial Officer of LAUNCH, Doug oversees the finance organization and is a key member of the senior leadership team. He works closely with the Board of Directors to help pursue the company’s growth strategy. Doug plays a key role in the company’s M&A efforts and has a strong track record and a proven ability to create successful business models, market strategies, and products. Doug has been working in an executive capacity in both public and private companies for over 30 years, with a strong knowledge of the management of people, processes, performance, and financials. He knows how to drive change through the use of technology and drive success across diverse industries including Aerospace, Media, Publishing, Digital Marketing, and Internet.
Doug graduated from Coe College (Cedar Rapids, IA.) with degrees in Economics and Business.
Allen Ashcraft
Serving as General Counsel, Allen plays a critical role in providing legal guidance, risk management, compliance review, and advising the senior leadership team on contracts, regulations, corporate governance, and other legal matters. Acting at LAUNCH’s primary legal advisor, Allen oversees outside counsel to support the company’s business strategy while upholding our ethical standards. He will also be essential in overseeing the company’s regulatory affairs, staying current on legislative changes and ensuring compliance across the industry and geographies we serve. Formerly EVP, Secretary and General Counsel of Landmark Aviation, Allen has also served as outside counsel for Encore FBO and Trajen FBO Network while in private practice at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey (n/k/a Squire Patton Boggs).
With over 30 years of law practice, Allen earned a BS from the University of North Carolina and JD from South Texas College of Law at Houston.
Natalie Nowicki
As Chief Human Resources & Risk Officer, Natalie is part of the executive leadership team at LAUNCH, helping to create and drive organizational effectiveness while supporting the CEO, President and COO on all major initiatives. She is passionate about leadership and dedicates her focus to advancing the company’s vision.
Natalie has overall responsibility for developing and managing the human resources team at LAUNCH, including benefits oversight, performance management, employee retention, compensation management and talent acquisition. She also sets, enforces and evaluates the company’s HR policies, procedures and best practices to ensure they are always up to date. As part of this, she is responsible for managing legal and risk management for LAUNCH as it relates to employment law and legal compliance.
In addition to her role, Natalie oversees and ensures FAA compliance for the company.
Natalie has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP).
Atul Kumar
Atul Kumar is the Chief Digital and Transformation Officer at LAUNCH. He oversees the digital marketplace for the company, as well as the IT department. In addition, Atul is a central figure in creating efficiencies throughout the organization via digital transformation.
Previously, Atul was the Founder and CEO of Hyqoo, an on-demand talent cloud platform that connects companies with remote and vetted talent in AI, data, cloud, product, and software engineering worldwide. Atul spearheaded the company’s rapid growth and strategic evolution through multiple iterations to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Hyqoo recently ranked #42 on the 2025 Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company list, after ranking #76 on the list in 2024.
Prio to that, Atul was Global Chief Information Officer of Collabera, where he was brought in to digitally transform the organization. There he was responsible for development and execution of a digital transformation strategy that drove digital revenue, improved customer engagement, optimized operations, and created new business value. During his oversight, the company increased recruitment productivity by 25%, reduced time and cost to fill requisitions and improved candidate submission quality with tools that included intelligent resume matching and technical screening.
Atul also worked with several other technology companies including Brillio, Dell Services and Cognizant – all providing him with extensive experience in enterprise transformation, digital transformation, strategic planning, customer experience and success.
Atul holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Varanasi, India and is APICS Certified for Supply Chain. He was selected as a Forbes Next 1000 Honoree in 2021, as one of those who are redefining what it means to build and run a business today. In addition, Atul has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Mercer County, NJ since 2020.
