David L Campbell
David Campbell is the Chief Operating Officer for LAUNCH. In this role, he leads the Operations Excellence Team, LAUNCH TEAMS, Quality, and Technical Development for the company. He also provides oversight for the LAUNCH hangar facilities and has responsibility for the company’s Part 145 Repair Station Certificate.
Dave is an extremely accomplished leader with more than three decades of frontline and executive experience in aviation operations, safety, regulatory compliance, and technical services. He is overseeing the effort as LAUNCH enhances its operational capabilities to meet the recently released FAA Safety Management System Advisory Circular for Aviation Service Providers.
Dave’s distinguished career includes serving as President & COO of Aero Design Labs and President & CEO of Horizon Air. He was previously Vice President of Technical Operations at JetBlue Airways and held senior leadership roles at American Airlines for over 25 years.
Dave is a U.S. Air Force veteran and former aircraft technician. He holds a degree from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Natalie Nowicki
As Chief Human Resources & Risk Officer, Natalie is part of the executive leadership team at LAUNCH, helping to create and drive organizational effectiveness while supporting the CEO, President and COO on all major initiatives. She is passionate about leadership and dedicates her focus to advancing the company’s vision.
Natalie has overall responsibility for developing and managing the human resources team at LAUNCH, including benefits oversight, performance management, employee retention, compensation management and talent acquisition. She also sets, enforces and evaluates the company’s HR policies, procedures and best practices to ensure they are always up to date. As part of this, she is responsible for managing legal and risk management for LAUNCH as it relates to employment law and legal compliance.
In addition to her role, Natalie oversees and ensures FAA compliance for the company.
Natalie has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP).
Atul Kumar
Atul Kumar is the Chief Digital and Transformation Officer at LAUNCH. He oversees the digital marketplace for the company, as well as the IT department. In addition, Atul is a central figure in creating efficiencies throughout the organization via digital transformation.
Previously, Atul was the Founder and CEO of Hyqoo, an on-demand talent cloud platform that connects companies with remote and vetted talent in AI, data, cloud, product, and software engineering worldwide. Atul spearheaded the company’s rapid growth and strategic evolution through multiple iterations to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Hyqoo recently ranked #42 on the 2025 Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company list, after ranking #76 on the list in 2024.
Prio to that, Atul was Global Chief Information Officer of Collabera, where he was brought in to digitally transform the organization. There he was responsible for development and execution of a digital transformation strategy that drove digital revenue, improved customer engagement, optimized operations, and created new business value. During his oversight, the company increased recruitment productivity by 25%, reduced time and cost to fill requisitions and improved candidate submission quality with tools that included intelligent resume matching and technical screening.
Atul also worked with several other technology companies including Brillio, Dell Services and Cognizant – all providing him with extensive experience in enterprise transformation, digital transformation, strategic planning, customer experience and success.
Atul holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Varanasi, India and is APICS Certified for Supply Chain. He was selected as a Forbes Next 1000 Honoree in 2021, as one of those who are redefining what it means to build and run a business today. In addition, Atul has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Mercer County, NJ since 2020.
Mike Flitcroft
Mike Flitcroft is the Senior Vice President of Fulfillment & Delivery at LAUNCH. As part of the Operational Leadership Team, Flitcroft oversees both the Recruiting and Client Services teams and is focused on improving the way we recruit, deliver and service LAUNCH customers, enhancing the quality, success and retention of placements. His vision of delivery centers on servicing both our clients and our fulfillment organization.
Most recently, Flitcroft worked for over 17 years as an Executive Professional Account Recruiting Manager & Practice Lead at Aerotek, where he was highly accomplished as a top producer and recognized with multiple annual awards.
Flitcroft earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh with a double major in Marketing and Finance.
Marco Nogueira
Candi Cygan
As Vice President, PMO, Candi is responsible for strategic planning and project governance for LAUNCH TEAMS, including contract management, execution, operations, and process improvement. Working closely with LAUNCH TEAMS Operational leaders, Candi ensures we are meeting stakeholder’s expectations, timelines and budget through continuous improvement initiatives and a focus on operational excellence.
With over 26 years of aviation experience, including more than a decade with Triumph Group, where she served as General Manager & Director of Operations, Candi has performed a variety of functions that have enabled her to continually learn, grow and develop expertise in areas such as Leadership, Team Building, Business Development, Budgeting, Forecasting, Performance Management, Training & Mentoring, Organization & Planning, Supply Chain Management, Analytical Problem Solving, Negotiations, Conflict Resolution, & Customer Relations. Candi has a passion for leading dynamic teams, as well as creating and implementing innovative growth strategies to best serve our clients.
Candi attended the University of Georgia and has a Bachelor of Science and an MBA in finance from Georgia State University. She is married with 3 children and resides in Atlanta, GA. She is an avid Dawgs fan and enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at church.
Jessica VanGronigen
Jessica is the Human Resources Director for LAUNCH. In her role, she oversees all HR and payroll functions for the company. She collaborates with the senior leadership team to align HR policies with the organization’s goals and overall strategy. In addition, she monitors and ensures human resource and payroll compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices. She continuously reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
In her role, Jessica administers and helps develop human resource programs including, but not limited to, benefits, leave, onboarding, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations and performance management. As part of her oversight of HR systems for the company, she specializes in reviewing and recommending technology improvements.
Previously, Jessica was the HR Manager at LAUNCH. She also worked as HR Generalist as well as an Operations Coordinator for the company.
Jessica has a Bachelor’s degree from Elmhurst University and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP).
