Oak Brook, IL — April 21, 2026 — LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is expanding its global aviation workforce capabilities following its acquisition of JMC Aviation, a global engineering solutions and aviation recruitment specialist based in Exeter, UK.
The acquisition, completed in January 2026, strengthens LAUNCH’s international presence and enhances its ability to provide skilled aviation technicians to airline and maintenance organizations operating worldwide.
By integrating JMC Aviation into its global operations, LAUNCH gains access to a broader international network of aviation maintenance professionals, expanding its ability to support technical staffing requirements across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, as well as offer a wider range of capabilities including an expanded suite of modifications and a mobile repair team, furthering its commitment to creating a global technical services offering.
Through this strategic expansion, customers will benefit from broader access to highly skilled aviation technicians, expanded international workforce deployment, and increased capacity to support maintenance and modification programs.
